The room and adjoining bathroom were very well designed and arranged and immaculately clean, and mine host is much to be complimented on the attitude of his staff and his personal input into what deserves to continue a thriving business catering for the local as well as the tourist community
I've stayed here a few times as it is a good location and has reasonable wifi connection compared to some other hotels in the area. Rooms are lovely, the mini fridge is a lovely touch to keep a couple of cans or bottles cold. Staff are always excellent, food was great.
Freshly refurbished room and the breakfast is always good. Stayed a few times now.

Loved this quaint, comfortable motel with a super friendly staff and excellent food. The pub time with the locals was such a wonderful experience - felt like we were a part of the neighborhood. Great location just outside of Beccles that is an easy walk or catch the local bus into town.
