the facilities are top-notch. the environment close to a mall is an added advantage. the building itself is amazing
This was on a hotel site but very much like an Airbnb. It was very pleasant. The toilet was in the main bathroom and fortunately no ques.
The location is a very quiet one, the customer service and responds was very fast and effective. The WIFI was very strong and easily access, the room , kitchen, bathroom and the reception area has great value compare to the money paid. Anytime I am spending night in Sunderland, I would prefer to stay at the property if it is available.
The accommodation was comfortable and clean and in an ideal location for where I was going
