Exceptional value. Interesting building, with swifts screeching through the rooftops in the evening. It was wonderful! Beautiful views, exceptional location. This is a real gem. We were offered the choice of two rooms as the lift wasn't working. Very helpful and accommodating. So much to do in this area for nature lovers. It's wonderful.
Staff were so kind even offering to cook for us. Rachel was so kind. The reviews did not do it justice. Great location.

Staff were so friendly and nothing was a problem. The room was really cheap and great value for money.
I was worried that because the price was so cheap the room would be dated and the bed uncomfortable. I was pleasantly surprised, the room was clean and the bed was really comfortable.
The views from the hotel bedroom window were amazing.
What a great value! I had a view towards the sea, and it was so nice to wake up to each morning. The staff were super helpful and kind. Although the bar and restaurant were not in service, it was nice to grab food and drink elsewhere and hang out wherever you please. Yes, as other reviews stated, it def needs some TLC and is bare bones. And there is hot water, you just need to let it run a few minutes. But it was clean, the location is right by all the shops and trails, and you just can not beat it for the price.
