It was excellent location to ferry and hovercraft. Room had amazing view.
And live entertainment on .
Great location, comfy bed, good ensuite facilities, surprisingly quiet given that it's a pub and by the esplanade. View was amazing from my window.
Very easy to reach as ita just in front of the hovercraft arrive. Very clean and the shared kitchen is well organized. I had a sea view and it was amazing.
This charming old place is clean and newly renovated with bright new facilities while still retaining its Victorian charm. The room (#14) was tiny but had everything I needed,and the bed was very comfortable. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. The bar is wonderful, with lots of friendly locals.
Lots of stairs to go up and down- my room was the highest- but it was very private and secluded, even though the bathrooms are shared. Incredible value for my money.
There wasn't a breakfast as such but food could be bought at times from the bar. There was a kitchen & dining area within the building if you wished to take in your own food to heat & prepare it, with a cupboard allocated to each room containing your own utensils, along with a fridge to store any fodstuffs.
