Very clean very friendly staff and check in was exceptional
Well this was a lot better than I was expecting and the location was perfect to where I wanted to be as 0.5 miles from where I was going monday evening (perpuse of visit).
Location was great nice quiet street definitely stay again

Great value, use of shared kitchen, spot on if you don't mind sharing a bathroom, 25 mins taxi to gig at John Smiths Stadium
