Great location. Jeannette was very welcoming and excellent host throughout our stay. Breakfast superb. We'll be back.

Jeanette is very lovely and welcoming hostess. Location is spot on ,short walking distance to pier attractions , seaside and old town. Room was very clean ,tastefully decorated and comfortable. Absolutely delicious breakfast, cooked to order every morning. It truly felt like home away from home. Didn't want to leave, will definitely stay again, next time visiting the area.
Jeanette is a very charming and caring host. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she went out of her way to give Anne lactose free breakfasts and room snacks.
Although we live in Devon we hope to be back one day!
Everything was excellent. Parking right outside the front door, comfortable and well equipped room and delicious food, from the parkin on arrival to the breakfasts. I appreciated the early breakfast time so I could get to Bempton ahead of the crowds.
