Just 4 miles from Bath, The Wheatsheaf Combe Hay is a West Country inn dating back to the 1500s. A traditional pub and restaurant with log fire and an outdoor terrace, it offers stylish rooms with free parking and Wi-Fi. Each guest room has private bathroom facilities with shower. There is a flat-screen TV, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities in all rooms. A full English breakfast is made using locally sourced products. Other choices include smoked with scrambled eggs, homemade bread and jams, and cereals, granola and yogurt. Local ciders, real ale and fine wines are served along with an inventive menu showcasing the region’s best produce. The attractions of Bath, including Royal Crescent, the Roman Baths and the Jane Austen Center, are less than 10 minutes’ drive away. Amazing farm stay. Incredibly beautiful location. Perfect getaway from a city. Very close to Bath, like 10-15min drive. Great restaurant and beer.
Perfect breakfast. Selective sourcing I would guess. Freshly prepared, caring and charming service reflecting good traditional standards.

We loved the rural setting. The pub is stunning with lovely well tended gardens and really friendly staff. Our room was quirky. Breakfast was good, without being stunning. We ate an evening meal, with 9 of us and this was great, with a good choice of a set menu and a la carte. We enjoyed the super walks from the Pub and the ease of getting to Bath- using the park and ride.
Fabulous for a two night night., a real treat. The Bluebell room was away from the Inn and was very well stocked with fridge and home made biscuits !!
