Room 3 was excellent. Early check in very helpful.
If you’re on a budget, this is the hotel for you! Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and soaps in a squeaky clean bathroom and room equipped with kettle, tea and coffee and fridge. Also a communal kitchen to make breakfast etc. A large on site car park and friendly receptionist too! No sounds from other guests although hotel was full.
