The site I was here to work on was stood down for a few days in the middle of my stay. They staff at the White Pheasant have been extremely helpful in both getting me a refund for an unused night and rebooking other unused nights.
Location perfect for our visit. Breakfast excellent. We found the hotel to be a little run down and in need of some renovation, but understand this may have already started in a different part of the hotel.
Room was lovely and comfortable coffee/tea water and biscuits a very nice touch.
Lovely building set in its own grounds . Staff were really helpful. Good breakfast. Great value for money. Plenty of variety of hot drinks available in the room and mugs which is always nice.
No food that was a little awkward we used facilities at Longwood and ate in our
room carpet could have been hoovered and heating put on but on whole positive 3xpwrience good value and beautiful forest outside
