Fab place, stayed overnight on route to Devon, room was lovely and bed was so comfortable, staff helpful and pleasant, I thank you
Exceptional host, made us feel very welcome, & gave us additional information about other pubs in the area .
I was attending a funeral, so the location was very good for that. We had four rooms in total. We were able to hang out in the pub, eat and drink. The staff were fantastic - aware of our circumstances and very kind to all of us. My room was spacious and comfortable.
Included breakfasts were nice, with more than enough options for our multi-night stay. We also had evening meals at the Inn and were quite satisfied with both the quality and price of the meals. Our room faced the street, our friend's room faced the rear of the property, neither of us had noise (mostly) or other issues to disturb our stay. The rooms are above the Pub and restaurant, we stayed over New Year's Eve. No noise issues other than the younger folk outside talking which could be expected on NYE.
The woodborough was exceptionally clean. Room was very well proportioned and decorated. Lovely large tub. Breakfast was great.
