The location! The location is so great, close to most of the attractions. The team is awesome, especially the team at the restaurant (breakfast). They are very kind, willing to help. The front desk team changed my room and gave me a quieter one. The breakfast offers many choices.
We chose the largest room and was very confortable to stay there. It was clean and very lighting
Breakfast was superb! The room had excellent AC, comfortable bed and good linens. The location was wonderful. Near Bakers St., and several underground stations. The staff went beyond to serve.
I loved the location - central and close to Marble Arch Station. The room had a good size and the bathroom was modern.
Value and cleanliness. Staffs are genuinely helpful and caring. The housekeepers are kind and professional. Will definitely be back.
