Beautiful garden and views over the countryside. Perfect for walking our dogs as there was a gate straight into the field at the back.
Great rural location - short walk to to the village shop and pub

location, location, location. St Mabyn had everything , local community shop, pub, good food and an excellent selection of local beers and ciders, nice walks and lovely coastal scenery . Weather improved over the week. Property was an ideal base. Great hosts..will definitely stay again.
