It is located on the outskirts of Edinburgh, but since we had a car, it was convenient, as it offered parking, and with the bus, which stops right in front of the hotel, we could easily get to downtown. Key cards allow for easy access for the guests. As it has a restaurant attached, it was convenient to have drinks or dinner right at the guesthouse.

All the staff were exceptionally good - professional, friendly and helpful. All areas were very clean. Breakfast served buffet style - all you can eat Scottish breakfast - was fresh, hot and good with cereals, yoghurt too. Dinner - carvery and more - and bar is available too. Easy access on buses from directly outside to centre of town and beyond. Variety of shops, restaurants, beauticians on the same road. Some traffic noise but not enough to disturb our sleep. Good value for money.

The location was convenient for us because there was public transportation just outside the hotel. A bus to the airport also stops on the hotel's street.

The location was good to get to Edinburgh airport quickly. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is in a great location. From the airport we took bus 100 and it stops a five minute walk from the hotel. Also, right outside the hotel you can take bus 31 to princess street in view of the castle and a short walk to the royal mile. It was great having a restaurant with good food at a very reasonable price. All the staff, regardless of their position within the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. Having been to quite a few hotels over the years it’s probably in the top 2 of friendliest! The hotel was clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Kettle, tea and coffee was provided in the room. I was very happy with my stay.
