Friendly family greeting. Complete annex, well equipped, in quiet residential location. No central heating but 3 sources of heat to quickly bring the annex up to a comfortable temperature and manage a suitable temperature for stay. A home from home. Thank you.

Only 25 minutes to city centre , value for money , comfortable bed , off road parking , friendly host , ideally located for our needs (family meals in Southport, Formby, Liverpool City centre and south) . Under an hour to Manchester airport.
