Overnight stay without breakfast. Well appointed with generous treats and snacks provided in the communal kitchen/dining area. Friendly and helpful hosts. Great option for staying in Newmarket. The rooms are part of a converted chapel and carefully designed to meet all normal needs.

Absolutely lovely place to stay with everything you could want in the property. Very clean

I’ve never felt more welcomed! Sara rang beforehand to check on arrival and guided me down to the property. I was short on time but Sara made sure I was settled in and knew where everything was, to make for a comfortable stay. I only stayed one evening but could easily have stayed much longer; I had the Rowley Mile room - and it was absolutely spotless! I found everything I needed easily within reach, had a fantastic nights sleep and a great shower in the morning. Later on Sara called to ask how the stay was and for any feedback - but I could pass on my thanks for providing such a great property to rest over in. I couldn’t be happier; I’d thoroughly recommend others to stay and I know I’ll be rebooking again!

The location is ideal. The accomodation has all you may need. In fact a bit more, I found some nice surprises when I arrived (sorry Andrew I finished most of the cookies, but they were yummy) Has two free parking spaces. Kitchen fully equiped, what can I say, great place

I wanted an alternative to Newmarket town centre for a short (1 night) business trip. Worked well, and I'd definitely consider using it again if in town for either racing or the sales.
