Location was fantastic. Right in the centre of town. Bed was very comfy. Good pillows.
Room was nice. Ironing facilities available in a laundry/kitchen room.
The location is absolutely incredible and the room was a decent size compared to the others. The manager was kind enough to let us keep our luggage there as we explored some more after we checked out
The location was perfect. We were able to walk to cafes and shops. The Jade room was both charming and comfortable.
Breakfast was no longer included, although it was listed as included in Rick Steves
Perfect location!! Tucked away on a quieter side street but directly downtown near Broad Street, the Radcliffe Camera, High Street, the Covered Market, etc. Easy walking distance to most main attractions (5 minutes), food, and buses if you want to go anywhere farther. About 5 minutes walk to the Gloucester Green coach station with connections to London and nearby airports. Around 15 minutes walk to the railway station. Simple but cute and you can’t beat the location.
