Very tatty. Corridors full of new laundry and bedding. Dirty laundry next to fire exit. Carpets grubby. The whole place needs a total refurb. The duvet cover didn't fit the duvet. I realise its budget but I have stayed in budget hotels in the past and they were much better. The whole site is disappointing and gives the impression of neglect and a lack of attention to detail. We struggled to find the entrance as burger king took prominence, we noticed others having the same problem. As the location is 'remote' it would have been nice to have a restaurant and bar (as offered by competitors) instead of a burger which incidentally closed at 9pm! In respect of the lack of attention to detail, there was rubbish outside my window, it had obviously been there for some time. Perhaps you will take this feedback constructively and do something to improve your offering?
