Comfy beds, good location for the o2. Half decent priced food. Bathroom needs updating, could smell the damp, we didn't use bath/shower, we just waited till we got home. Make sure enough breakfast served too.

The gentleman at the reception (Waleed) was helpful and apologetic. The rooms were disgusting, on the bedsheets were hair and other stuff. Just bits of hair everywhere including the bathroom! We changed rooms 3 times! The manger saw it and apologised each time. In end We go got fed up and just had to deal it because it was very late in the evening we had travelled 200 miles! It was so visible and clear the cleaner the shift before couldn’t give a shite! I understand it’s travelodge and not a 5*, not expecting gold plate toilet seat, but my my days...! Avoid this Docklands one, it’s disgusting!
