Just off the prom in the main shopping area.
There is plenty of eating places close by.
Parking is just round the corner
There is one thing that some people might not like.
Starlings settle in the tree outside and make a noise, which cannot be heard if window is closed.
We had window open and still got to sleep with there squawking.
