The location is very central and convenient.
The room was very small and no night table. Bathroom shower does not have any place to keep shampoo and soap. The room was booked on line (standard room). We had previously stayed at this hotel in 2013 and we had a very nice room at that time. I must mention the great service provided by Rabin who assisted me in getting a SIM card for my phone and helped me install it. I would have appreciated an early check in on the day of arrival considering we arrived on an overnight journey and were booked for 5 nights!! (we were offered a 12 noon check in for an additional £10 charge) we arrived at the Hotel at 10 AM. Also would have appreciated proper communication regarding the water and power shutoff on the weekend. The notice placed on the reception desk was not seen by us when we arrived at night. This is a great hotel for overnight stay!! Not that great for longer stay!!
