I like how the staff was friendly and I like how clean the room was and it looks welcoming and it was quite just the way I like it
Very friendly staff, in particular the lady who served dinner on Thursday and Friday evening and our breakfast on Saturday. . Accessible to where we needed to be. Very spacious room and comfortable bed.
Fantastic hotel! A really welcome reception, staff were warm, friendly and very helpful (and fun to chat with!). The bedroom overlooked hotel roofs and the kitchen extractor fan, not so good but couldn't be helped. Bed really comfy.
Breakfast was amazing and would really recommend the eggs royale, perfectly cooked. As a base for exploring the Brecon Beacons or just for a one night stay, perfect!
Great place, rooms spotless, all the staff are lovely and the breakfast menu is excellent.
