Downstairs room/bar & reception all easy access. The owner/manager was very friendly welcoming and informative
The room was a little dated but very clean.the bed was fresh crisp and super comfortable
Wonderful host, lovely warm and comfortable rooms, and a tasty breakfast each morning.
We appreciated the free parking and the location is ideal if visiting the NEC due to its close proximity. Would definitely stay again in the future!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Tri Star Hotel. Nigel was most accommodating and helpful. When I explained I had slight mobility issues, he immediately arranged for a ground-floor room for me. The room was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was freshly cooked to order, (not kept warm as in a help-yourself buffet). Parking was easy and the location for the airport and NEC are excellent. I will most certainly stay there again, (and again).
Easy to get to, great location etc but main benefit were the proprietor and his team. Smashing.
Breakfast was excellent. Thanks to hotel personell. In the fact that hotel is 3 stars breakfast was as for 4 star hotel.
