You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The property is situated in a residential area and there is a strict no party policy. Extra guests are strictly not permitted in the property without approval. Commercial filming or photography is not permitted without prior consent. If you book a non-refundable rate, you must provide a copy of the card used to pay with prior to checking in. Guests are required to provide a photo identification of all guests entering the property prior to check-in.
