We can't comment on this flat precisely because a last minute utilities breakdown forced the hosts to offer us an apartment nearer to the south side of the town centre, 7 or 8 mins walk to the centre. It had the same facilities (car parking and internet) and was super clean, which I assume will be typical for this host.
The house is clean and in a quiet neighbourhood easy access to transport links to town
