We like the location for convenience to Keswick/penrith. The Eden restaurant was very good on site.

The suite we had was lovely. It had everything we needed and we had plenty of space. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We would recommend staying here. Our host was very kind and showed us round the suite.

This was our third stay in an Ullswater suite. After our second stay I mentioned in my review that the room was miserably cold when we arrived (I mean really cold) & took a long time to heat up. When I made this booking customer services contacted me & said they noted my comment & would put the heating on & they did & it was lovely. Big-up & thanks to customer services. Love this place, there's just something about the whole layout, facilities, decor, storage, equipment in one spacious attractive, comfy room that makes for ideal short break, self-catering accommodation.

Loved having access to amenities such as pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, mini golf The balcony with table and chairs was wonderful. Colin was very helpful and had lots of information for us.

The property is an excellent base for us to relax in after a long day hiking it’s our second visit and will return.
