Lovely clean with easy access to Weymouth and surrounding areas.
The property is clean and spacious. The beds were a bit hard for my liking, but that is a personal choice. I did sleep well. It is a very quiet area. If you bring your dog (or are just looking for a nice walk), there's a lovely walking area at the end of Icen Lane nearby.

Lots of furniture,
Sharpened knifes,
Selection of tea/coffee/sugar/toiletry
Sofa-bed in living room which was good for sleeping
Bath AND shower cubical
TV ONLY in living room (but this could be issues for others)
Location was great for visiting Weymouth, with trips to the beach, Sea Life Centre, Tank Museum & Monkey World. Kitchen was well equipped. Quiet location.
