The property was in a fantastic location. The view was amazing and it was clean and comfortable.
Due to major damage done to the property by the previous occupant, the owners had to cancel us staying in the property, because it was considered unsafe (10th floor apartment with a shattered floor to ceiling window) in high winds. They contacted as soon as the damage was found & offered us an alternative apartment. Unfortunately the accommodation they offered was not suitable for our needs, so we had to cancel & found alternative accommodation at short notice. The owners refunded us the full price including all Booking.com charges & gave us a voucher to the value of £250-00 for our inconvenience to stay with them in any of their properties at our convenience……a win, win situation.
