Very comfortable, snug and homely. Travelled during October for 4 nights - nice and warm room temperatures and hot water, boiler was easy to use when needed. Beautiful sunrises in the mornings (if not cloudy). All rooms and appliances/facilities were very clean. Nice view of the outdoor field and small stream. Good TV options which we enjoyed. Nice peaceful and quiet area, good location. Not too far from the main centre of town/high street. Nice quirky shops and cafes nearby and good range of food options. Large supermarket is near the train station - Jempsons.

We returned to Waterside for another stay because it is so lovely. Perfect location, easy parking, cosy and spotlessly clean as always. We love the view and watcing the river change throughout the day.
Perfect location a short walk from historic Rye town centre. A real quiet sanctuary. Loved the location as could watch the sun and the moon rise and the different stages of the tide from the Juliet balcony. Fantastic bird watching, too. All the facilities you could need were here for a wonderful break. Very clean. Good information on the surrounding area. Highly recommend.
