The location was perfect—a lovely, tranquil countryside location but easy driving distance to Winchester. My toddler loved walking the lanes of the farm to see the animals. The host sent friendly and informative information. The accommodation was comfortable and clean.
What a terrific place! Clean, comfortable, very kind and helpful hosts, easy to access and a short driving distance from Winchester, but so calm and beautiful and with lots of animals (donkeys, lama's, horses, geese, goats, etc). We came with a young child who really adored it.
We were visiting family locally but always prefer to sort our accommodation. WATLEY farm is comfortable, in a great quiet location yet within 20 minutes of family. Bonus being two donkeys, 8 Lamas and two friend.y long horn goats surround the property.
The location, the animals on the farm, including llamas, the peace and quiet, the bonus was the accommodation, so lovely and homely and so clean.
We wanted to take our adult son around some areas of the south of England and liked this 2-bed annexe as a base where we could have breakfast or evening meal and lounge together after days out. Very comfortable and tasteful furnishings.
This was a working farm with horses, llamas, alpacas and a couple of donkeys, which were lovely to see.
Great location just outside Winchester and the Plough, a pub with food just a short walk up the road.
