The annex was the ideal place and location for our first holiday. It was spotless and had all the things we needed, plus the fabulous welcome basket included! The hosts were more than welcoming, offering great suggestions of places to eat and activities. The location is a rural paradise, with sheep and horses surrounding it to say hello! Not a car in sight and guests have the major perk of being a few minutes walk from the local West Kernick tea garden business; serving fresh, home cooked meals with indoor and outdoor seating! Definitely worth a visit if you plan on staying!

The annexe was lovely and clean and the bed and sette were very comfy .we were met by the owner who let us know of attractions that were around and left in the annexe was a lovely hamper .lovely and quite which is just what we were after .

The place was 100% spotless very clean, the annexe had everything you would need for a weeks break, what was exceptional was the host left a small hamper which included, breakfast cereals, milk, butter, fresh eggs from their own hens.bread, jam, marmalade, prosecco, bottles of beer, a cake, which we felt was a very nice touch. It made us feel at home straight away.The shower was good and the bathroom in general was very clean with supplies of toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo.The kitchenette was well stocked with all the utensils and crockery, there is also a toaster and convection microwave, the bed was comfy and had a remote tv with netflix, amazon prime etc, the annexe also had an alexa alarm clock.
