The annex was the ideal place and location for our first holiday. It was spotless and had all the things we needed, plus the fabulous welcome basket included! The hosts were more than welcoming, offering great suggestions of places to eat and activities. The location is a rural paradise, with sheep and horses surrounding it to say hello! Not a car in sight and guests have the major perk of being a few minutes walk from the local West Kernick tea garden business; serving fresh, home cooked meals with indoor and outdoor seating! Definitely worth a visit if you plan on staying!
Great value for money, had everything you needed, friendly hosts and beautiful scenery.
A lovely welcome package awaited us and the dogs when we got there. The Annex has everything you need, as shown in the pictures. We loved that James and Jo welcomed us personally and made time for a little chat. Also we got some well appreciated tipps. James and Jo were always nearby, so if we had needed anything, we could have asked at any time. All the sights are not far away by car. The village itself has some lovely sights and tea- or coffee rooms to offer. We really felt at home and very comfortable in the Annex. Very recommendable. We’ll be back! 🙂

The annexe was lovely and clean and the bed and sette were very comfy .we were met by the owner who let us know of attractions that were around and left in the annexe was a lovely hamper .lovely and quite which is just what we were after .
