Fantastic location close to amenities and the promenade. Very comfortable twin beds with tea/coffee making facilites.Travelling with elderly mum so very appreciative of the lift. Breakfast was excellent - all freshly cooked and lots of choice.

Staff were really friendly and helpful both in reception and at breakfast time. The room although small had everything we needed and was warm and clean. The breakfast was a buffet with all the usual traditional hot stuff and fruit and yoghurts too. Very good value for money.
