Special thanks to Omar for his excellent service, which made my stay pleasant and hassle free.
This is our second stay here in less than a year. Even though the room is small but it is so practical and well designed. Location is good and very convenient with at least 2 M&S within walking distance.
Modern facilities. Even if room and bathroom is small, everything is functional. Kitchenette complete. Good quality hotel towels and toilet paper. Bed is comfortable. A good 8-10min walk to Paddington station.
Fantastic location, great base for moving around London. Plenty of places to eat & drink nearby, with another UK high streets shop within walking distance also.
The staff was very kind and responsive. They offer complimentary sparkling water and milk
