Friendly staff and a great location. Very comfortable bed and handy to have tea making facilities in the room. WiFi was great and so was the TV.
Super friendly and helpful reception. Excellent customer service in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The treacle sponge was the biggest we had ever seen and is a big favorite of ours! They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing for both myself and my children. The room was spacious with everything you would typically expect and need in a hotel room. The sweeping grand staircase decorated with flowers leading up to the rooms was a wonderful sight, my daughter felt like a princess walking up them.
