We really had a lovely comfortable stay. Everything was perfect. Staff and owner were friendly and the breakfast was good.
My daughters and I spent 2 lovely nights at Witherslack Hall Farmhouse. It is a lovely farm and great if you want to relax away from the city and enjoy nature. The breakfast is hearty with lots of variety and the pub in the town closest to the farm is worth a visit.
Our absolute favorite place to stay in the Lake District. Great character and staff. The location is central but off the beaten path so it’s quiet and peaceful

It is a hidden gem. Beautiful, remote location but close to everything. Spotlessly clean, super friendly staff and beautiful rustic decor. Outstanding views from the window. Dog friendly too :-)
