A hotel is an hotel pretty much. It was clean, efficient and absolutely fit for purpose with nice garden and communal spaces. The food was absolutely fine.
The exceptional part of our stay was the staff. They were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble, they were pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we had a good time. And we did! Result!!
Oh - and it was the best gym we've ever had in an hotel.
Excellent breakfast. Superb bartenders. Wonderful room.
Was there for a week or more and never grew tired of the ambience and friendly service.
We have stayed here several years ago and it was good then. The rooms seem to be even better now, very comfortable, lots of space, balcony doors that open to let in air. The staff are all very helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Easy parking. Well located in a country setting with easy access to the M6.
Clean, spacious hotel with pretty garden square.
Great location for us as visiting family nearby.

A lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
Staff were keen to help, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant - Bennett's - was excellent as was Blazer's club lounge. Would certainly return.
