Location was perfect for us. Facilities were great. Wonderful welcome and the staff were so interactive with customers. We joked that we've never been anywhere where the staff seemed so happy!! The accommodation set up was fabulous with separate lounge area and large bathroom.

The staff are perfect very well looked after. Fooood mmmm fabulous and allwed me to take my starter plated up 2 my room. A 2 course meal 12-95 main as your carvery. Delicious 😋.
Tiny issue which I raised with lovely breakfast team. Our heating didn't work in either room, but thankfully our friends were staying nextdoor/upstairs, 😍.
So it would have been freezing otherwise.

Breakfast was fantastic location was good just a bit of traffic noise early evening but quiet overnight.
The place was very nice, just location next to maine road very loud, other than that really impressive,
