I loved the location, it was close enough to everything I needed and still very quiet.
Great location across from the docks where local bus tours start and just off the downtown core
Room spacious, clean on arrival, night member of staff very helpful and polite
The beds where uncomfortable the female staff not as friendly as the male staff
this was our 5th time of staying here, the room we were given at first wasnt a twin room like we asked for but we got to change it straight away, as usual everything was excelent ,bedroom,staff,breakfast ,
