The room was more stylishly designed than I expected, the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options in the very nice hotel lobby next door!

Upon arrival, the staff were really lovely and check in was really easy. The room we stayed in was really nice, clean and well stocked tea/coffee station. We didn't stay in the room for long periods of time, so it was really handy to have a door card to say to skip cleaning, as it would have been a waste of time for the cleaners. It was easy getting food at the hotel bar, as well as drinks. There was a variety of drink and food selections. We stayed at the hotel for the purposes of comic con in the city center for the day and exploring Manchester for the next. The hotel is situated in a great location and it was easy to get to anywhere within the city by just walking.

Nice room, good location, clean and quite. Staff was helpfull.

Location was amazing, and the customer service was as absolutely fantastic!

Room exceeded expectations - room size was good, came with a desk and beds were comfortable.
