I absolutely loved staying at this house, it had everything I needed and the property is beautiful.

This is our 2nd time here because we love everything about it. Close to SAP Center. In a neighborhood so the wife and I would take morning and nights strolls. We rented room 3 which is separated from the main house which felt nice. Everything was clean and felt secure throughout our stay.

The property is located in a quiet residential area very close to downtown. It is not far from the main highways and easy to find. It had a private parking space for each unit. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was clean. There was a convenience store a block away. We felt safe in the area. As advertised, it is quite small and cozy as long as you don't have a lot of things with you. We enjoyed our stay at this guest house. The host was attentive and and replied quickly to help solve a couple of minor issues we had.

The location was excellent. It's in a decent neighborhood and very close to downtown and SJSU. The place had all we needed. The bathroom was small but adequate. The host contacted me to make sure we had everything.

Loved how the parking was private. How the property was cleaned upon arrival. Appreciated how the staff stayed in communication with me throughout the stay.
