fantastic location with a grocery store right across the street and the beach just behind that.
We enjoyed our time here very much! Matias was very welcoming and helpful. Our flight got cancelled and we arrived 3 days later, but the host was very kind to refund us for the missed nights even though the booking was nonrefundable. He also agreed to have a late check out. The apartment is in a very good location, with a large public parking (for which you have to pay between 9am to 3am) just across the street. The condition of the apartment is good.
Apartment well equipped, 3 minutes walk to the beach, located in Collins Ave, opposite supermarket and nice restaurant.

Excelente comunicación, atento, te guía en las dudas que tengas y te facilita la estancia.
El parking en casi todos los lugares es costoso y algunos sitios no te dejan estar mas de 4 horas aparcados, , pero fue necesario para movernos ya que las distancias son lejos. Sin embargo hay un parking publico como a 20 minutos caminando del hospedaje y el costo es solo 8 dólares 24 horas, desde allí puedes tomar un bus gratuito hasta donde te quedas. Informarse bien si llevan o alquilan coche.
Frente al hospedaje hay un supermecado que abre a.las 6:30 am.
Muy bien ubicada y Matias el propietario siempre muy atento y cordial.
