The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note this is a privately owned unit. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. Please note the daily resort fee is paid upon arrival and payable to the resort directly. A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 24 hours. Guests must also provide a copy of identification and the credit card used to make the reservation along with the signed agreement. The agreement will be sent to the email address under which the reservation was made. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card to the hotel’s front desk upon check-in.
