You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of USD 2135.8 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note this is a privately owned unit. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in without a parent or official guardian. A rental agreement will be sent to you by the property management company and must be returned within 24 hours. Guests must also provide a copy of identification and the credit card used to make the reservation along with the signed agreement. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card to the hotel’s front desk upon check-in. Please note no private events or parties are allowed. Please note that stays of 6 days or more will require 1 mid-stay cleaning. Please note housekeeping services are not included, but are available for a fee.
