Nice environment, clean and unique. Had birds chirping from the speaker in the room when we entered. That was a nice touch :)
Great communication with the owners. Place was clean and the mattress was very comfortable. It was a bit small for 2 adults and a dog but we were only there 1 night. Great location since we were doing the leadville railroad.
There was a nice little bag that had sunscreen, mouthwash, toothpaste, lip balm
If we ever come back to leadville we will book again.

Great location in downtown Leadville. Easy access to the mountains and plenty of recreational actives nearby. Staff were helpful and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in Leadville.
