Location, cleanliness, comfortable and communication!!
It was very, very clean. Ken was very quick on responding to messages. It was a convenient location within walking distance to the aquarium.
This was a convenient location to all that we needed to do downtown. The proximity to the convention center was perfect.

Everything you could possibly need. The bed was big and comfy. The kitchen had everything you would need. It felt like being home. The view was great. The entire place was super clean. The location was a 2 minute walk to the convention we went to. The host was in contact with all the needed information, and made the process really easy.
