The property had a really great location. It was only minutes away from the airport and surrounded by a lot of eateries and shopping. The view was amazing. It was really nice to cook breakfast and sit outside on the patio and eat. The property was very clean and the security was good as well. The swing on the beach was nice as well to watch the sunset or just as a quiet place. We brought our teenagers and just had really nice family time. Our host also was gracious enough to leave us with a robust bottle of red wine. It was delicious and right on time!

Easy check in with a code and simple check out. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Room was roomy for two people. Large window & sliding doors provided great view (some obstructions but overall a great view.) Balcony large enough for two chairs and small table plus a table with two bar stools. Great property amenities. Highly recommend staying at this property in 311!

Perfectly situated to get to St. Petersburg, downtown Tampa and Clearwater Beach. Excellent restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Firepit, porch swing, chairs along the Bay. Plan to come back soon.
