The unit was clean and included a full kitchen, fireplace, laundry facilities, and a large bedroom. It has access to the protected garage and the shuttle service to the mountain is directly across from the unit 40 yards away. The owner was accessible by email and responded on several occasions and a maintenance man was also available for inquiries.

I loved the location near the conference center, it was very quiet and easy to access being on the first floor.
