Simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast items provided including coffee and were more than adequate
We liked everything, especially the breakfast and the cleanliness of the suite. The owners are very kind and helpful.
Continental breakfast supplied plus fruit and snacks, water and juice.
Washing machine and drier excellent also
We loved our stay! Our host were wonderful, we felt right at home. The place was spotless, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was very generous and our host contacted us to see if we needed anything to be replenished. The location is optimal in prime downtown Fairbanks.

Food in the fridge was fine for breakfast. We felt very comfortable there. It was a little home away from home for us. The owners were exceptionally nice people and very prompt in responding to any questions we had. Friends were staying in a hotel just a few blocks away so the location was very convenient. The apartment neighborhood was very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, and if we go to Fairbanks again, we definitely want to stay here.
