Location was very convenient. Close to the Finn food court and location of my interview. Literally, a 2 min walk. Transportation rail right infront of hotel. While in the room I couldn’t even hear noises from the rail line. Hotel room was spacious and had everything I needed including an ironing board. It was aesthetically pleasing yet simple. Linen smelled very clean and AC blowed cold. The GSA front staff (Jonathan) was extremely helpful. I forgot toothpaste and he brought some up himself to deliver to my door, so I didn’t have to. I got restaurant recommendations and a free voucher for breakfast. Love the Starbucks in the building!!! Great experience. Oh! And even security was very welcoming. Will be staying again.

Great location for the Astros game! Starbucks was a PLUS! We checked in Saturday July 28 at 3, the lady that checked us in welcomed us with a smile and enthusiasm. From the front desk to the valet to the cleaning staff everyone was super friendly.

The customer service is amazing not far from a lot of stuff and the valet service helped a lot didn’t need to look for parking just have to request vehicle before you want to leave so it helps
