Breakfast was great, and the pool was nice, and I loved the little corner shop by the reception area. Staff was great!

This hotel is in a great location. Beautiful, modern facility. Easy access to 5th Avenue & cruise docks.
Could be a bit better on housekeeping. Restaurant was above expectations and reasonable.
Staff was very helpful. Disappointed that there is no business center, but staff printed documents.
