The staff at the reception area is very pleasant and professional
The hotel facilities are completely new just like in the pictures. The location is very well, close (a fee minutes driving) from many places to eat and shops. The hotel is 10 to 15min drive from Seaworld and Magic kingdom, which is very convenient when your day at these finishes. The gym also is very nice and clean and plenty of machines to get a good workout. The staff members were always ready to help, very friendly. The pool area is decent, simple but decent. We really enjoyed our stay and got a very good rest
The hotel was clean, modern, and very well-kept. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. It’s in a great location close to Disney and other major parks with a free shuttle that made transportation super easy. Our room was cleaned daily, and we always had plenty of fresh linens and towels. There’s also a gift shop right next door, which was convenient. We Uber’s everywhere better than renting a car
The room were very spacious, no carpet, clean, the bathroom facilities were very illuminated, the location is near the parks and Disney springs. They had laundry and fitness center 24h which was great.
The room was very nice and located on the second floor. The staff was very nice and accomendating. Maria that worked the buffet breakfast was so nice and helpful & was very efficient! I had a wonderful stay! It would have been nice to have a hotel shuttle and hot tub on site! Thank you for everything :)
